Payal Nandy is an Architect, 2005 graduate-B.Arch from BESU,Shibpur. She joined the team as an associate in 2008, and then joined as a Partner since 2016.Confident with practical site experience from the project Uttorayon Township. She leads the design development and production team of BNA and takes care of the entire design process including all statutory activities. Registered Architect of Council of Architecture , India; GRIHA & IGBC Certified Green Building Professional; Associate of Indian Institute of Architects, Land and Buiding Valuer(I. Tax). She specializes in Interior Design, Landscape Design and Maha Vastu Consultancy.

The firm expanded from modest beginning with four employees in 2003 to the present total strength of 12 personnel. Altogether, the firm has Four Associates-(Structural, Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC) and a team of talented young architects and civil engineers to meet the responsibilities of challenging projects. The firm works in the field of architecture, urban design, urban planning, interior design and landscape architecture and project management consultancy. In the relatively short time since its founding, it has risen to the top tier among practicing architects in North Bengal, and has been the pioneer in the urbanscape of North Bengal. Our designed buildings are beautiful, affordable, functional and appropriate.
